Capabilities:
Process Equipment
Vibratory feeders for raw materials, Pug Mill high intensity mixer,
48" diameter rotary granulator, direct dryer, initial screener,
rotary cooler, final screener, recycle, transfer to bulk bags, dust
control system.
Control Equipment
Load cell scale system for raw material feed with variable rate
feeder screw, dryer burner monitor and control, recycle rate monitor,
SGN sizer, hardness tester.
Process Management
Managed by Ron Dreese who has over thirty years experience managing
a full scale granulation facility and who has consulted for
granulation plants worldwide.
