Sackett Shuttle Conveyors offer the most economical method for filling flat storage bins.  As shown in above illustration, the conveyor is approximately 1/2 the length of the building.  Loaded at the center, or midpoint of the building, the shuttle conveyor rolls left or right until it is over the bin you want to fill.  In the illustration, the shuttle is ready to fill bin #1, or it can fill bin number 5, if the direction of belt travel is reversed.  The yellow extension represents the shuttle conveyor rolled down to fill bin #8.  The above photo shows the infeed point in the middle of the building, and the shuttle rolled down to fill bin #1, as also in the illustration.

Standard Sackett shuttle features include:
bulletClean feeding infeed hopper
bulletHeavy-duty shuttle wheels with greasable bearings
bulletTriple sealed PVC idlers with stainless feet (steel on CEMA models)
bulletStainless steel conveyor framing (mild steel available)
bulletQuality speed reducer drive
bulletLow profile design for ease of fitting into tight areas
