Manufactured in 6, 8, and 10 ton capacities, Sackett rotary blenders are built in type 304 stainless or carbon steel. The Sackett rotary blender features a modern drive system with short input and output shafts, for less torque twisting and greater reliability.

Here are a few of the rotary blend system's advantages:

Blender drum main shaft reinforced with unique reverse dome inside the blender tank, for extra strength.

Minimum weigh hopper side slope is 45 degrees, for better emptying.

Heavier-duty base on blender and weigh hopper, for longer life.

Blender drum does not get smaller at the back, giving it extra capacity and tumbling action for better blend quality.

Conveyor weather covers are attached by bolts instead of tarp straps, for no slippage.
