The TriTon conditioner is mounted inside the regular TriTon vertical blender inload hopper.  It features a low RPM rotor to gently but rapidly break up lumps.  A hinged door provides for fast, easy screen cleaning and maintenance.  Properly sized material can pass through the screen, bypassing the rotor.  All material must be the proper size to enter the blender.  The conditioner uses a 10 HP motor and speed reducer drive, with stainless belt guard on stainless models.
