The TriTon stands atop the vertical blender market.  The following photos show some of the features that set it apart and above:

TriTop.gif (160958 bytes)  The TriTon features an all stainless tank top, inluding the drive frame and belt guard.

TriGBox.gif (212611 bytes)  A Class 2 heavy-duty gearbox can be found atop the TriTon.  Rugged, with the industry's best service rating provides reliable service.

TriMotor.gif (172287 bytes)  The TriTon has a stainless steel motor mount with "easy-set" belt tensioners.

TriBot.gif (160865 bytes)  The TriTon's tank bottom has an access door, allowing for easy sweep adjustment.  The 42" diameter auger provides fast, accurate mixing.

TriBrg.gif (188877 bytes)  The TriTon's bottom bearing is a high quality four bolt unit.  It is mounted to a UHMW plate to seal the tank.  Notice that the bearing can be changed without entering the tank.

TriValve.gif (237384 bytes) To discharge the TriTon, the all stainless Salem valve, shown here partially open, reliably and rapidly unloads the mixer.  Manual operation shown, air cylinder operation available.
