The TriTon features an all stainless tank top, inluding the drive frame and belt
guard.
A Class 2 heavy-duty gearbox can be found atop the TriTon. Rugged, with
the industry's best service rating provides reliable service.
The TriTon has a stainless steel motor mount with "easy-set" belt
tensioners.
The TriTon's tank bottom has an access door, allowing for easy sweep
adjustment. The 42" diameter auger provides fast, accurate mixing.
The TriTon's bottom bearing is a high quality four bolt unit. It is
mounted to a UHMW plate to seal the tank. Notice that the bearing can be
changed without entering the tank.
To discharge the TriTon, the all stainless Salem valve, shown here partially
open, reliably and rapidly unloads the mixer. Manual operation shown, air
cylinder operation available.
